Training is a basic part of most any business. MLM Network Marketing Training however is a really different animal and in this article I would like to examine some of the built in difficulties as well as some very different solutions.

The MLM Network Marketing industry reality is that 90%+ don’t make it past recruiting one or two persons. These recruits are inevitably from the friends and family pool and the result is a lack of sustainability, so the whole thing collapses on the poor guy (or gal) that started out to take over the world.

Recruiting friends and family is the mantra of virtually every network marketing company out there. The reason, I believe is two fold. First is that the company knows that your best bet is someone you know. That is also the second reason because the company knows that this is their life blood. Thousands are recruited into any given network marketing company this way every week.

Now don’t get me wrong, I am a dedicated networker for two very good reasons. One, I can help an untold amount of people and two, I make a very good income. The reality is that you can’t make serious money in network marketing without helping others to succeed.

Now putting aside for the moment the fact that some people just won’t work, the most serious problem in network marketing is a lack of training. Most network marketers are in fact not marketers at all and the result is often the blind leading the blind. The vast majority of people recruited have either no or very little actual business experience.

This creates both an opportunity and a roadblock for those of us with experience. The opportunity is in the chance to train people how to market and succeed. The roadblock is that there are only so many of us to go around.

The main issue is leads and how to make those leads happen. What most networkers do is buy them from lead brokers and hit the telephone to call them. The problem is that these brokered leads simply suck. Pity the poor network marketer that buys and has to call a thousand leads at a time. I have often had the experience of dialing two hundred numbers that were all either not home or hiding behind an answering machine. To put up with that kind of abuse, one needs a great deal of intestinal fortitude and most simply don’t have it.

The answer clearly lies in developing your own leads where you don’t have to chase people but rather they chase you. When the tables are turned like that, you will sponsor all the people you need to get very rich. Make no mistake, this is how the big boys and girls run their network marketing distributorships.

In order to pull this off, you need to have an in depth knowledge of internet marketing, which is something that you can learn enough of to get started in a remarkably short period of study.

The infrastructure is in place and all that you need can be quickly learned. Within a period of sixty to ninety days you can have a lead flow that will allow you to recruit with more ease than you can possibly imagine. Do yourself a huge favor and do some homework on this by clicking on the last link in the author resource box below. You will be taken to a page that will require you to put in your name and email… you will then be given all the information you need to make a decision about whether you want to learn how to  perform these miracles. You have nothing to lose, so go there now and start on a journey that can change your whole life.

Good luck to you and I’ll see you on the other side.

How to Recruit MLM Online with Blogging

July 26th, 2010

Author: Mark Walton

Need fresh insight on how to recruit MLM online? The answer may be at your fingertips. Blogging has quickly become one of the trendiest ways to reach out and recruit leads, build a following, and capture customer loyalty.

Blogging can seem intimidating to the average entrepreneur who may not have a background in writing. That’s OK—the best MLMs use blogs as a way to share information and generate leads. As long as you keep your writing clear and concise, you should be able to capture and hold an audience. Following are three tips for effective blogging:

1. Set Your Tone

It sounds silly, but it’s true—even the most professional of blogs is personal. In other words, a blog is an informal way to disseminate information. That doesn’t mean you need to use slang terms or find some hook to set the tone for your blog. What it should mean is that you can use your normal tone—your personal voice and writing style—to brand your blog.

In fact, think of your blog as a written extension of your professional self. Brand your blog with your professional personality. Your tone, whether it’s straightforward and brisk, or chatty and pleasant, is the best way that you can attract an audience and keep them coming back for more.

2. Offer Informative Content

Once you set your tone, you need to remember why you’re blogging. The answer is to offer informative content to your readership. Let your blog become the go-to source for MLM lead generation techniques. Update frequently with multi level marketing tips. Share information about trends within the industry. Share frustrations as well as victories. In short, give your readers a reason to keep checking in on a regular basis.

If you offer valuable content, they’ll keep coming back for more. And in no time at all, you will have a loyal following.

3. Update Frequently, But Not Too Frequently

Many bloggers set up a schedule for updating. For some, once a week is plenty. For others, once a day is a necessity. You’ll have to choose your own schedule based on one rule of thumb: never update just for the sake of updating.

When you post a new blog, make sure you’re doing so out of a need to send out fresh information, not out of a sense of duty to keep things updated. You’ll also want to avoid the other extreme, which is updating too infrequently. If you post only sporadically, you don’t build a following because your readers will forget to check in with you. Make sure you update at least once a week with a valuable item, and you will capture and hold your audience’s attention.

Blogging is a fantastic way to connect with your followers and recruit leads. By presenting yourself as an authority on marketing through your blog, you can attract recruits who are already somewhat invested in your company. This helps you bring in leads which are both qualified to add value to your team and who want to join your team to help you grow your company—a mutually beneficial relationship.

Stephen Pierce The Whole Truth

By: Dale Dupree

Stephen Pierce The Whole Truth claims to be have the capacity to demonstrate to anyone at any level of online experience and show them how to stay at home to make a successful Full-time income online..Now let’s take a look at his main two systems Make Real Money On The Internet and Millionaires Advantage by rating in the following areas from a 1 – 10, 10 being the best grade possible. Stephen Pierce The Whole Truth Usability – Is how well the program is user friendly as far as being able to take someone with absolutely no experience in internet marketing and able to show them how to produce at least $5000.00 per month income online. Well this program can be a little over overwhelming for someone just starting out, but he does have weekly conference calls that offer great help for those that may not no where to start, but one drawback I notice right away was this program does teach a bit too much of useless information within the program that can cause someone just starting out to get confused really quick.. Usability – Grade 8 Effectiveness – Meaning if a person does exactly what they are told to do will they make $5000.00 per month? Absolutely but this program will take you the long round about way, like I stated above it just has too many useless stops along the way. But in all fairness I know he does this for the person that has absolutely no online marketing experience at all, but on the other hand if you do have some experience you will find so much of this program useless..This is hard to grade this in this area, I would normally grade this very low in effectiveness because useless information, But I have to admit This is the ONLY program on the internet that can take someone that does not know how to “copy and paste” to $5000.00 per month because to this useless information.. Effectiveness – Grade 9 Support – If you need help how much help can you expect? Like I stated before the weekly calls are great to get your questions answered, but what if you are working on your business late one night late night..Well they do have the support phone system but you can never speak with a live person you have to leave a message and they will get back to you within 48 hours..They also offer a support emailing system there they promise to get back to you within 24 hours, when I tested this for this reveiw it took about 6 hours for them to get back to me…And of course they also have the regular email system the too promises to get back to you within 24 hours.. Support – Grade 7 Risk – If you get involved in this program what is the risk level on your part? Well they offer a $1.00, 30 day trial period this alone keeps your risk level rather low..but the real key to your success is really finding the time to learn and do the work.. Risk – 10 Guarantee – With this program there is no guarantee, but like I stated above you do get 30 days to decide if this is for you.. Guarantee – Grade – 0 Price Make Real Money On the Internet, with a price tag of $39.00 per month and only $1.00 for the first 30 days for Make real money on the Internet, and this includes Millionaires Advantage system as well. The average person stays in these types of programs for four months then moves on, usually into a specialty where a system is just no longer needed. Price – Grade 10 Millionaires Advantage is a one time fee of $79.00 this is a fair price for this system but if you pay one dollar for the entire “Make Real Money On the Internet” system you will get this for one dollar. Price Millionaires Advantage Grade – 7 Other – To help you decide if this program is for is answer these 3 simply question, can you build a website? do you know anything about html? Have you made over $1000.00 per month online yet? If you answered yes to two of those questions this program is really not for you..But the real key to your success will be you not the program, so before you think about doing this program be sure you plan ahead and set aside some time daily to build your business.. You will need at least 2 – 4 hour daily, five to six days per week, for about six months to be at the $5000.00 per month level, If your plan is to do this full time 8 – 10 hours per day ,5 -6 days a week you will be at the $5000.00 per month in about 10 – 12 weeks. But if you have some experience it can be faster.. Other Grade – 8 Overall Grade 7.3 (Guarantee Grade hurt it)
