Have you come to the decision to start a home based MLM business? You are to be congratulated. Many millionaires started out with the same exact choice. Who is to say that you will not join their ranks?

To make this happen, you are going to require the mindset. You also will need to develop an ongoing skill set and have systems set in place. Attitude + skills + systems = MLM success. Which one is more important? Maybe is it attitude (mindset) because it comes before you learn the skills or set up the systems. It helps you to do both.

You could have the wrong attitude, and the right skills and systems, and be a total failure in your MLM business. More than ninety percent of those who try network marketing, end up losing money. You can usually trace the reason to their mindset.

The majority of people start out looking to make a lot of money really quickly. For most people, that is not the way it happens. You need to have the mindset, that you do not care how long it takes to establish momentum. You are going to keep plugging away until it happens.

They are expecting to see money coming in right away, as if they are on the job some place. Well, the down side to this is there is no guaranteed paid. Newcomers may work for a while before they see their first sale. They may operate at a loss for their first few months.

If they had the correct mindset, they would realize that in normal businesses, owners may go a decade before they are making money. All too often, they get depressed and quit. If they were committed to learning marketing skills, especially online marketing skills, and if they vowed to persevere, they would eventually gain momentum and start making monthly residual income they can count on.

Most of the MLM millionaires did not start their home based MLM business and automatically skyrocket to the top. The reason they did not fail is because they did not quit. They kept learning skills. They set up systems. They took action daily. They were mature enough to delay gratification. Their efforts were rewarded rather nicely.
