When I started in my Network marketing business I assumed that I had found a wonderful deal that very few people knew about. The company had wonderful items, that I knew I can sell and I could see how I could make a good income by encouraging other people to sell the products also. It was not until several months later that I discovered my organization had over 100,000 reps all over the world who have been also selling the items! I went from believing that I had not much competition to the realisation that I was really competing with many people!

That didn’t matter though, as my company had the greatest pay plan in the industry. There were bonuses and rewards that I could start earning just as soon as I got several key leaders into my business. I would not need to sell that lots of items to make a nice income! Once again, I was mistaken! All the bonuses and incentives went to the highest producers and I would only get a part of those when I joined the ranks of the Heavy Hitters!

The thing is this: The only thing which makes your offering different from other 100,000+ marketers is truly something that only you may offer. Your special selling point is YOU! Your experiences, motives for beginning a business, objectives and dreams are special to you. This is what people who choose to follow you need to know about and this is what will direct you forward in your business.
